Novologic is an interactive marketing agency and we help our clients with e-learning, external marketing applications, as well as internal communication projects. The Cbeyond cloud PBX was a perfect fit, so again it allowed us to focus more on our business and less on our internal systems that allow us to do our work but isn’t the main focus of our work. With Cbeyond we are getting business class service so we aren’t worried about the capacity of our data lines being compromised, it is a dedicated service so its always there and the amount we’re paying for is what we’re getting. When small and medium sized companies are looking for a technology partner, especially like a phone vendor, its really important to pick one that has enough size that their a large enough company that their able to invest dollars to continually improve their products as well as provide the support you need. With Cbeyond you get all of that but they also you don’t want them to be so big that you’re not an important customer to them and when you call Cbeyond you always get treated like that. You know in a small business like ours, our important resources are focused on satisfying our clients and so things like data, internet connectivity, our phone systems they just have to work. We don’t want to have to worry about them, we don’t want to have to divert our energy taking care of them and with Cbeyond we get that.
