PRODUCTIVITY- With Cbeyond, they have guaranteed a great phone service so our consumers across the country can contact us any time of the day, within business hours or after business hours. With the phone service, we hardly get any interruptions, which is very important to our organization. We receive hundreds of queries per week that are, again within business hours and after business hours, so they need to be able to contact any one of our staff members either directly or be able to leave them a voicemail at any time of the day. Cbeyond provides us with a VPN which provides our employees flexibility, very important that they are able to log in remotely access their desktop, access our server, just by logging in through the VPN service. We definitely have easy access to log in remotely whether it is in the airport or your home office or at a meeting with other volunteers or other chapter members or state organizations that we work with out on the field. It is definitely a key, key thing to our organization.

PROFITABILITY- Using conference calling we are able to either connect with companies who may be sponsoring our event or talking to volunteers who will be working at our events. Usually there needs to be four to five of us and one phone call going over the different features of the project that we are doing so having conference calling available definitely helps us cut costs so we don’t have to travel to Philadelphia to see that printer or we don’t have to drive somewhere else, it definitely helps us in that sense.

PROTECTION- With Cbeyonds fax to email service, we definitely feel secure and we have a piece of mind when donors give their payment information, or convention attendees give their payment information, or members are paying their dues and they are giving us their personal information.
