PRODUCTIVITY- Our Corporation has been using Cbeyond as a means for internet communication and telephones for almost two years so far. We have been very happy with the service we have received from Cbeyond, our phone system has become more reliable, and our patients who are the life line of the practice and the doctors who are the lifeline of the patients can freely communicate with each other. This has really augmented the telecommunications component of our practice and we are very satisfied so far with the service and the support from Cbeyond. Among the various benefits we have seen with Cbeyond on our side is the fact that we are able to have our office become more productive since all the different features and capabilities they add to our practice have made life easier for us. We also use Cbeyond for our high speed internet connection in the office. We have our billing outsourced to different cities in the U.S. and, therefore, we export large files. We also send patient files and large volume and large files to different nursery care institutions. It has been a pleasure to work with a high speed internet connection which does not slow down the whole process. Having added Cbeyond to our office in the last two years has made our office staff more productive. It has become easier to work with all the features that they have provided and all the support on the internet side in terms of communication which has augmented the quality of the care we can offer and the higher productivity of our staff.

PROFITABILITY- there has also been a benefit on the financial side for us. WE are getting better service than we were getting with our previous carrier and saving money while we are getting good care for our patients and being able to deliver that effectively.

PROTECTION- We do appreciate the dedicated line that we get from Cbeyond. Privacy under HIPPA regulations is extremely important for medical documents and we feel very secure that the privacy and information of our patients is well protected.
