PRODUCTIVITY- The Cbeyond conversion was easy. The interface that we can use online is very, very useful, and simple to use. What I hear from my managers, the conversion and the service has been excellent. Customer service is critical to this company. We have been built on good customer service and we are known for that, therefore, having good telephone service is vital to our operations. Since the installation I don’t know of any instances we have had where we lost telephones, so I would say that the move to Cbeyond was a good one. I have been personally using cloud services because I travel so much. So, many of my files are up on the cloud service. I find that convenient because I can access them from anywhere, and make them accessible to others that may need them from time to time. Our customer service people actually go into the field as well as work in the office so their supporting speakers all over the country so it is vital for us to have the cards in our laptops that allow them to work in the field as well as in the office.
PROTECTION- I think having Cbeyond providing our telephones service has given us a certain peace of mind that we didn’t have with our previous vendor. We did have T1 service and, of course, dedicated service is important but, far more important than dedicated service is that the service is up. That was our problem with our previous vendor and that has been solved with Cbeyond.
