PRODUCTIVITY- Our employees have definitely become much more productive simply because often times when they are in the office, they are pulled in ten different directions so the ability for someone to sort of be at a remote location and have all their calls, obviously all their internet traffic, email, what have you, in one location makes them much more productive. Our business is such that we are constantly doing conference calls, meetings, webX, whatever the case may be, to discuss various issues and often times clients of ours are not located locally, and just the notion of being able to do it via conference calling and/or the internet rather than travelling to a specific location makes up much more productive and efficient.

PROFITABILITY- It’s allowed us really to go up market in terms or competing for new customers because we’re able to essentially present a breadth of services, i.e. the ability to do conference calls, the ability to do webX, that, often times, larger companies can do at a much lower cost.

PROTECTION- Without strong, fast internet service, we’re out of business, basically. Not only for our website, but just for our day to day business use, we transfer large documents, we receive large documents all day long. Historically, we have had a really hard time finding both reliable internet service, as well as at a high speed. We feel very confident that Cbeyond will always be up and keep our service running. With Cbeyond, we feel that our communications, inbound and outbound, especially with respect to the fax to email, are very strong.
