Cbeyond’s IP Network*
Cbeyond’s network is engineered to provide high-quality, continuous service. In the unlikely event of a total loss of service, we will give you a full day of credit for every 60 consecutive minutes of service that is interrupted.
Our service level agreement covers the following:
- Integrated access device (IAD)
- Local access loop aggregation router
- Connectivity to the core network
- Core network components up to the handoff to either the Internet peering point or voice services provider

Cbeyond’s Virtual & Physical Server Guarantee**
Cbeyond offers 100% uptime for its virtual and physical servers. If an outage occurs, we will credit your account 5% of the server’s monthly fee for every 30 minutes of downtime. Our guarantee includes:
- Physical infrastructure - Power and cooling infrastructure including generators, UPS equipment and automatic transfer switches
- Network Uptime - All network infrastructure including cabling, switches and routers
Additionally, we will replace any failed hardware components at no cost to you, including the processor(s), RAM, hard disk(s), motherboard, NIC card and other related components included in your server configuration. The replacement process will begin when the cause of the problem has been determined. Hardware replacement is guaranteed to take no more than 4 hours. If you require 100% hardware up-time, you have to option to purchase multiple load-balanced web servers and mirrored / clustered database servers.
