Using the PCA desktop software, you can Click to Dial from your PC by entering a recipients number and it will initiate an outbound call from your phone. - Selective Acceptance and Selective Rejection
Accepts or rejects calls based on customizable pre-defined criteria, such as phone number and time of day and/or week. - Anonymous Rejection
Automatically rejects calls when caller intentionally restricts their number. - Do Not Disturb

Sequential Ring is a service that can prevent such agents from missing important calls. To set up this feature, the agent would simply define the sequence of the phone numbers to be called. When there’s an incoming call, the phones ring sequentially as defined by agent. For example: The real estate agent has three numbers: 404-555-5555, 404-555-5552 and 404-555-5551. After enabling the feature via CbeyondOnline, each phone will sequentially ring until someone picks up or the call terminates to voice mail. |
