The Company
Located in the heart of Duluth, Georgia, Just Right Auto Sales is an automobile sales and financing business which provides customers with easy and personalized automotive financing needs. Customers can purchase vehicles directly from Just Right and make auto payments with in-house financing. Just Right also reports loan payment histories to the major credit agencies, a significant value-added to their customers. When the company opened its corporate headquarters in May 2007, Just Right chose Cbeyond for their communications and IT services, including voice and broadband solutions. Since then, Just Right has continued to add solutions from Cbeyond’s robust portfolio, including Cbeyond’s Secure Backup and Web Hosting offerings, to help run and grow their business.
Recently, the company saw a need for a more reliable, automated solution to house its critical employee, vendor, and customer data. Specifically, there was a desire to more easily pay bills, track inventory, and manage payroll. The Challenge
The Just Right Auto Sales IT team struggled juggling and managing multiple vendors, and had a strong desire to streamline and simplify their processes. One of the more taxing needs was the monthly backup and maintenance of the company's onsite server. This was draining the team’s productivity, taking up to 30 hours and $3,000 a month to manage.

By having a server in the cloud, Bordeaux is able to automatically back up all critical files nightly. This has reduced monthly maintenance times and boosted the company’s productivity, resulting in bottom-line cost savings.
