To set up this feature, the agent would simply define the sequence of the phone numbers to be called. When there’s an incoming call, the phones ring sequentially as defined by agent.
For example: The real estate agent has three numbers: 404-555-5555, 404-555-5552 and 404-555-5551. After enabling the feature via CbeyondOnline, each phone will sequentially ring until someone picks up or the call terminates to voice mail.
