  • Desktop Sharing - share desktop applications such as Microsoft Powerpoint®, Microsoft® Excel or Microsoft® Word documents in real-time with meeting participants.
  • 24x7 Support - a 24x7 care team is in place to handle questions or concerns.

 

In Meeting Features

  • Share Presentations - Share PowerPoint slides and graphic files during a conference via a standard Web browser.
  • Desktop Showing - Share presentations, applications, Web pages, files or software to participants in real time via a standard Web browser.
  • Annotation Tools - Use the Annotation tools to "mark up" slides on your presentation.
  • Audio Controls - Manage your audio call online including features like dialing-out to participants, requesting operator assistance, mute/unmute, lock/unlock conference, playing roll-call, recording, etc.
  • Chat - Allows participants and presenters to communicate with each other through the Web interface (similar to instant messaging).
  • Q & A - Manage Q&A sessions on your conference with an interactive participant 'yes/no' feature.
  • Security - Assign optional security pass codes that participants must enter to access a Web conference or recording. All Chairperson and participant connections to your Web meeting are SSL encrypted for security.
