Cbeyond Schedules Second Quarter 2009 Earnings Conference Call for August 5, 2009

financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009. The
release will be issued after the market close on Wednesday, August 5,
2009. Following the announcement, a conference call led by Cbeyond

Officer Bob Fugate is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday,
