Effective May 1, 2003, the rate for Directory Assistance will be changed from $.85 per call to $1.00 per call. Directory Assistance Call Completion will remain a free service. If your BeyondVoice package includes free Directory Assistance calls, the charge only applies to calls in excess of your package threshold.
