If, within the first 30 days of service, you experience an issue with cellular coverage on a mobile line at your business or home and you (1) inform Cbeyond of the issue by contacting Cbeyond Customer Care by phone (email notifications will not be accepted), (2) give Cbeyond the opportunity to verify and resolve the issue and (3) Cbeyond cannot resolve the issue, you may cancel your service on that line without early termination fees. You may also receive a refund for the cost of your device if you return it in its original condition and in its original packaging (as described in more detail below).
If Cbeyond was unable to resolve your coverage issue, Cbeyond Customer Care will provide you with a return authorization number ("RMA number") and instructions on how and where to return your equipment; equipment received without an RMA number will not be accepted. Cbeyond will cancel your service and credit your account for the cost of your handset if you return the entire Handset Kit within 30 days of canceling your service. The Handset Kit includes the original packaging for the handset, the handset itself, the charger, the handset battery, USB cables or cords, holsters, CDROMs, instruction booklets, and/or any other materials included with the handset in the original packaging. The Laptop Card Kit includes the original packaging for the laptop card, the laptop card itself, CDROMs, instructions booklets, and/or any other materials included with the laptop card in the original packaging. If you fail to return your Handset Kit or Laptop Card Kit to Cbeyond within 30 days of canceling your service or if you return a device that is damaged, you will be charged the full retail cost of the equipment less the amount that you originally paid to Cbeyond.
If you cancel your BeyondMobile service after the first 30 days of service but before the expiration of your current term, Cbeyond will assess an Early Termination Fee up to $175 per terminated mobile line. To cancel your BeyondMobile service, contact Cbeyond Customer Care by phone (email notifications will not be accepted). Cbeyond Customer Care will disconnect your service within 2 business days. You are responsible for all charges including voice minutes, taxes and Early Termination Fee per mobile line until the point of disconnection.
Any refund of service charges under this Mobile Coverage Policy will not include a refund of any activation charges, voice minutes, shipping, taxes or handling fees. Voice minutes will be billed on a pro-rata basis. You are responsible for shipping the handset device back to us at your expense.
