Cbeyond is committed to giving back to the communities where it operates and where its employees live and work. This commitment is shown through volunteerism, which is core to Cbeyond's culture and has been since the company was founded.
Mirroring the entrepreneurial spirit of the company and its small-business customers, Cbeyond has a "passion-led, employee-driven" community involvement philosophy-employees are encouraged to follow their passion and volunteer in areas of personal interest. In an effort to support its employees volunteer initiatives, Cbeyond invests in the community by sharing its "time, talent, and technology" with the organizations in which employees are actively involved.
In 2007, President Bush honored Cbeyond with the esteemed Presidential Volunteer Service Award, gold level, recognizing the 4,474 volunteer hours Cbeyond employees donated to community service in 2006.
Cbeyond is proud to partner with HandsOn Network and its affiliates to engage its employees in volunteer efforts nationwide.
