Your coordinator will be your one point of contact from the time your order is taken until your services are installed and working properly. So you won't have to spend your time chasing down the answers to your questions.

You'll also be able to find the information you need for a smooth installation in the Getting Started section of CbeyondOnline™. You can also review your account profile to verify that you are getting what you want, when you want it, the way you want it.
