Our community involvement program, Community Connections, provides employees with the opportunity to connect, serve, and grow within the local community.
Volunteer Projects
Embracing our passion-led philosophy, employee teams volunteer in areas of personal interest to make a positive impact in communities nationwide. From serving meals at soup kitchens to reading to students at local elementary schools, employees give their time to improve where they live and work.
IT Expertise
Cbeyond employees participate in skills based volunteerism and provide IT expertise to local community organizations.
Communications and IT Resources
We are proud to donate our signature communications package,
BeyondVoice, an integrated package of local and long distance voice, high-speed Internet and mobile services, to the organizations in which our employees are actively involved at a leadership level. Additionally, we donate desktop computers, laptops, cell phones, and other IT equipment to our nonprofit partners.
Matching Gift Program
We believe in supporting our employees in their volunteer initiatives. We match our employees’ donations up to $1,000 a year. To qualify for the program, employees must be actively involved in a volunteer leadership position with the non-profit organization that will receive the donation.
Non-Profit Board Development Training
At Cbeyond, we encourage our employees to not only volunteer, but also become volunteer leaders. Cbeyond offers non-profit board training for employees interested in serving on non-profit boards. The intensive courses are held onsite and cover:
